Yes One …. I also own. Make sure you have a 200-300mm and make sure you are close enough to the stage. Set the ISO setting to around 800-1600 to begin. Then take the picture when the lighting of the stage Shing is on the subject. You have to do some practice shots and be sure to carefully support the camera and the objective of avoiding camera shake by blurred. Make sure the shutter speed is set at about 1 / 250 or maybe 1 / 125 and opening of mail is opened.
