image recovery in digital cameras and delete the images?
There are many types of software available to restore deleted photos from cameras digital memory cards, etc?, but is there any software available that allow you to complete erase and format a memory card and leave no trace of previous pictures, which can not retrievall image? to MBR format should I be using a computer lynx?
Just overwrite the memory space with fictitious data. As you know the format of the card only removes the pointer to the image location in memory, the image is still there and can be retrieved by the re-write in the root directory of the card. However, if you overwrite all memory locations with all the data then pictures can be easily recovered. I say "easily recover" as there is a thing called "phantom data", sometimes specialized software can be recovered. The writing and erasing data several times can get around this, just make sure the data is different each time. Remember that memory cards have a limit to the amount of time that allows write data (several thousand times), there is no restriction on reading data. Data can be any type of old Word documents, images of others, including programs, only until the card is full, and then format the card as usual in the chamber. Chris
