About the database of biometric palm vein recognition Image Acquisition-related query?
I want to do a project based biometrics in hand with the recognition of an individual vein pattern (which is unique even for identical twins) .. I need to know in detail about the components necessary to produce images of the vein .. hand after reading some articles in the Internet i found that it can make use of nearby .. infrared image for that we have a wide range of IR LED's of at least 25mW of power, IR filter, diffusing filter and a CCD camera to capture the image is reflected from the back of the hand after being illuminated by the LED .. IR would be very grateful if someone offered me the cost of a 25mW IR LED and IR filter and diffusion Filters … cost preferably in Asia or India .. What is a CCD camera? How is it different from a regular camera … Do we really need a camera CCD images in our application? How will the simplest of the cost of a camera .. preferably in Asia or India … Thanks in advance …
